Kellogg Innovation Network (KIN) is a unique platform for people with diverse background to meet and explore future avenues for collaboration. The basic rule is simple: never leave serendipity to chance. It is more likely for us to stumble upon new discoveries when we surround ourselves with others not from our own industries and background.

Therefore, since 2010 we have been gathering people in ASEAN with interesting background to join the KIN ASEAN Forum. Every year, a small intimate group of people shares their dreams, challenges, and thoughts in seemingly random order. On the final day, they will blend with 5,000 more people in the biggest conference in ASEAN: The MarkPlus Conference. All in search of the NEXT BIG IDEA.

This year, the discussion will center on the theme of ‘Growth for Good’. How can we innovate for growth and broad-based prosperity? How do established corporations and start-ups alike create growth, and what can ecosystem and policy makers do to enhance success? How do we together create sustainable, ethical, profitable growth? We will seek inspirations from those who integrate online and offline approach, those who highlight style with substance, and those who create human-to-human (H2H) relationship on top of machine-to-machine (M2M) interaction. What do they share in common? They grow for good.
